    Description
    • Lead the development of comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the organisation
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and regulatory compliance
    • Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts
    • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to simulate various scenarios, enabling strategic planning and risk assessment
    • Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering professional growth and culture

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with relevant qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA etc)
    • Must have experience in the Big 4 and Utilities, Oil & Gas or the heavy industry
    • Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a track record of senior leadership roles
    • Expertise in financial modelling and proficiency with financial software and tools
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
