    Position: Quality Engineers

    • Determines quality improvement parameters by identifyingstatistical methods relevant to manufacturing
    • Establishes statistical confidence by identifying sample size andacceptable error; determining levels of
    • Establishes statistical reliability by using mean time beforefailure, weibull 3-parameter distribution, reliability modeling,and reliability demonstration
    • Develops experiments by applying full and fractional factorial
    • Develops sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, andsequential sampling
    • Maintains statistical process controls by applying demerit/unit,zone charting, x2 charts for distributions andindividual-medial/range for multiteam
    • Analyzes data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, andprocess capability analysis
    • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data;making
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attendingeducational workshops; reviewing professional publications;establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-artpractices; participating in professional societies; maintainingAmerican Society of quality control certified quality engineer
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related Results as


    Requirements

    • Degree in quality, industrial,or mechanical

    • ASQ certification

    • 2+ years of experience inquality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar

    • Experience coding and using QAsoftware tools and

    • Strong communication andinterpersonal

    • Strong analytical andproblem-solving

    • Excellent project management
