    Description

    Key responsibilities:

    • Beresponsible for Salesforce technical delivery, including systemdevelopment and customization, system testing, documentation anddeployment activities.
    • Understand businessrequirements and user stories and translate them into the technicaldesign in a Salesforce environment.
    • Design andcreate prototype demonstrations, oversee system configurations, andestablish user setups.
    • Offer technical andfunctional expertise to project teams.
    • Able todevelop prototype demonstrations, manage and complete systemconfigurations and set up users.
    • Develophigh-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex (Triggers andClasses) Process Builder, Roles & Profiles, Permission Setsand Assignment Rules.
    • Conduct independentformulation, implementation of extensive unit testing as well asparticipating in integration testing and assume responsibility forquality of developed software.
    • Create andmaintain Custom Objects, Reports & Dashboards and Workflowrules.
    • Code with best practices, VisualForce,Lightning (Web and Aura) Components, SOQL, SOSL and SalesforceAPIs.
    • Implement tool changes within theSalesforce stack.
    • Identify and troubleshootbugs in the system and create solutions in a timelymanner.
    • Work to continually improve companyprocesses, tools and standards.

    Knowledge, skills& experience:

    • Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science or similar.
    • ActiveSalesforce certifications.
    • Minimum 4 years ofprofessional experience in Developing Salesforce Applications -Apex, Visualforce, Unit Test and other.
    • 2years of hands-on experience in the implementation of lightningcomponents and LWC.
    • Minimum 3 years of recentexperience with packaged applications, including Salesforce,Microsoft, Siebel, SAP, or similar enterprise-levelapplications.
    • At least 3 years of experiencewith full lifecycle implementation ofSalesforce.
    • Knowledge of new deployment toolsfor Salesforce developers.
    • Experience withrequirements understanding and translating them into the technicaldesign for Salesforce.
    • Experience with systemconfiguration, designing a scalable solution to meet the businessneeds.
    • Experience with change management andscope control - impact analysis for potential changes in scope;ability to administer change management processes within aspecified framework, including regularly reviewing issuesmanagement and change control logs to understand the status andidentify potential risk situations.
    • Excellentcommunicationskills.
