Communicate effectively, to targetmarkets, the amenities and benefits of the hotel, including hotelrefurbishments, food and beverage provisions, conference,banqueting and events
Report monthly into theDirector of Commercial with coverage and planned media/marketingplan for the 3, 6 9-month period and future annual plans andcalendars
Handle media inquiries and interviewrequests and respond to enquiries from media, individuals, andother organizations.
Produce and submit PR,Marketing and Social media activityreport.
Provide and manage all social mediacontent and posts, along with all editorial, keeping in line withthe hotel brand and persona.
Monitoring socialmedia channels in responding to guest requests and ensuringrelevant internal parties can assist.
Build anetwork of digital influencers to create content and showcase thehotel, staying within hotel persona.
Manage andmonitor the hotel website, ensuring images are up to date, contentis in line with the branding and any promotions have beenshowcased.
Support in any e-marketing relatedcampaigns and activities.
Attend any hotelmeetings relevant to the role; Commercial, Sustainable, FrontOffice and Food and Beverage
Work with localthird-party partners, including local media, and maintainprofessional working relationships with local officialbodies
Create and maintain a comprehensivemedia and marketing contact management system relevant to thetarget audiences of the hotel
Fact checkcontent, across third party and social platforms to ensure solidcoverage and positive reflection of the hotelbrand
Ensure press material, image library,third-party websites etc. are updated andaccurate.
Ensure media and partners lists areaccurate, updated and well maintained
Workclosely across all hotel departments, seeking proactiveopportunities and planned promotions to address specific businesschallenges, as required
Support the developmentof promotional activities, marketing channels and the production ofmarketing materials for specific events
Manageand promote the hotel on Hilton brandedwebsites
Work within marketing budgets by usingresources effectively
Maintain a comprehensivemedia and marketing contact management system relevant to thetarget audiences of the Hotel
