The ProductSpecialist will be responsible forproviding world-class support service tobank partners, ensuring successful customer onboarding andpost-live support for POS (Point of Sale), eCommerce and Digital Inaddition, the Product Specialist will develop, implement, andmanage the company s payment

Thesuccessful candidate will work closely with the product managementteam to define product requirements and drive product A key factorto the role will involve analysing market trends, customer needs,and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for productenhancements and new

Requirements

Yourdaily adventuresinclude:

Championthe company s suite of payment-acceptancesolutions

Providebank partners with a point of contact for integration supportqueries and merchant onboardingrequests

Interfacewith internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution to allBank partner merchant integrationqueries

SupportBank partner with onboarding queries and identify areas thatrequire additional training andeducation

Delivertraining to the partners first-line supportteam

Buildand maintain a knowledge base of FAQs and transfer knowledge topartnersteams

Measurean optimise query volumes and track performance against associatedKPIs

Identifyareas for improvement, with a view of informing the solutionsroadmap

Ownershipof issues/queries raised by partners and ensuring a successfuloutcome

Providesupport to partners on all White Labelplugins

Workclosely with the Product Owners for White Label delivery toprioritise any Customer Support backlogrequests

Deliverany new product/service assigned to you by the VP of White LabelGatewayAcquiring

Explore/evaluatepotential new products and services to deliver to the company sWhite Label Merchant base Your efforts will include but not belimited to thefollowing:

oUsingmarket research and customer engagements to get ideas on productsthat customers willwant

oAssistingin overseeing the design, delivery, and go-to-market planning ofthe newproduct

oTakeownership of the product marketing communicationprocess

oProvidemanagement with analyses and reports and respond to questions andrequests from management based on theproduct

Certificate ofHigherEducation

Industryrecognized IT Service Managementqualification

Minimum of 5years experience in payments troubleshooting/technical supportrole

Comprehensiveknowledge of payment gateway, back office switching and settlementsystems, POS devices and Terminal ManagementSystems

UnderstandingRESTful APIs, JSON messaging, and front-end and back-endscripting

Knowledge ofsoftware development processes andconcepts

Ability toorganized, prioritise, and handle multiple time-sensitivedeliverables in a demandingenvironment

Knowledge ofshopping carts offered in the Market will be anadvantage
