    Description
    • To greet and direct patients andvisitors to the appropriate location and services. (The personshould be courteous, polite & helpful to the public andclients; and thus he/she should be able to manage the front officearea efficiently).
    • To register patientsaccording to Bella Roma Specialty Hospital protocols and maintainmedical records and report statistics when required and scheduleappointments by explaining hospital policies and procedures to thepatients.
    • Provide word-processing andsecretarial support.
    • To file and completemedical reports and forms.
    • To respect &maintain privacy & dignity of patients, to assure clientconfidentiality at all times & to follow up on"no show" patientsregularly.
    • To participate in staff &educational meetings & handle and manage the continuousflow of information in doctors' offices in theHospital.
    • To organize and maintain forms andoffice stationary required for front desk activities and distributethe required information via post, courier, telephone andemail.
    • To keep the reception area ready foreach working day, open the system at the specified time and haveall front desk activities fully operational at the start of thebusiness hours.
    • To review and verify patientand computes the charges payable by the patient and to determinethe financial status of patients and their eligibility for healthservices
    • To assist patients in accuratelycompleting appropriate forms and documents for the requiredinformation.
    • To do the auditing of theadmission report from Medical RecordDepartment.
    • Participate in theorganization's quality improvement & safetyactivities
    • Treats each patient, visitor& employee with compassion &courtesy-
    • Participate in departmental qualityimprovement and patient safety programs.
    • Attendplanned in house quality improvements & patient safetytrainings.
    • Understand,comply and participate inhospital wide Quality, Risk management, safety, infectionprevention program.
    • Understand and fully complywith Regulatory and accreditation bodiesrequirements
    • Report any Occurrence Variance induring duty timings.
    • Any other duties assign byIn- charge/Manager of the department.
    • Answerthe patient quires related to the prices offers andothers.
    • Call back the patient for follow up,Book the patients for surgery .
    • Attend patientsconcerns and solve it if possible otherwise refer it to the highermanagement.
    • Observe the waiting area and makesure all the patients are attending the doctors ontime.
