- Diploma/Degree from an Electrical Building Services/Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in Electrical Design for Buildings Engineering; or 4+ years as an Electrical Engineer in the same
- Experience in developing various electrical systems layouts in coordination with the structural, architectural, and mechanical
- Ability to perform electrical load calculations for base building
- Familiarity with systems such as electrical distribution, fire alarm, lighting, security, communication, A/V.
- Knowledge and experience in checking layouts and services for
