    Job Summary

    As an Administrator Procurement (FF&E) you will be a part of the Projects and FF&E team within the Procurement department reporting to Assistant Manager Procurement. You will process Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders and obtain quotes as per the user department specifications. Whenever required you will request samples and choose the right supplier after a comparative study based on the price quality lead time etc. Administrator Procurement needs to create successful alliances with the suppliers and provide independent and professional judgment towards overall facilities procurement operations. The primary goal is to focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.

    About You

    Wed like you to have a relevant bachelors degree from an accredited university preferably in Supply Chain International Business or Business Administration with a minimum of 1 2 years experience within in a similar capacity. Successful candidate will demonstrate sound knowledge of the procurement processes exceptional communication skills logical reasoning analytical skills and sound understanding of risk assessments. You will have experience with word processing spreadsheets PowerPoint presentations contract software ERP and eSourcing. You will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to interface effectively with all levels of management.
