    Description

    We have been given an exciting mandate by our client a leading manufacturing company in the UAE. They are looking for a qualified and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer. In this role your duties and responsibilities would include but not limited to:

    Implement monitoring solutions to proactively identify and address performance issues.

    Optimize cloud resources to ensure costeffectiveness and performance efficiency.

    Troubleshooting and Incident Response:

    Provide advanced support for infrastructurerelated issues collaborating with crossfunctional teams to resolve incidents promptly.

    Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    Collaborate with development operations and security teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders providing updates and insights into infrastructure activities.

    Capacity Planning:

    Conduct capacity planning to ensure the infrastructure meets current and future demand.

    Propose and implement scaling strategies for various components of the cloud infrastructure.
    Continuous Learning:

    Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to cloud infrastructure.

    Share knowledge with the team and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

    Requirements

    To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

    Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.

    Proven experience 8 years Cloud Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.

    Indepth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.

    Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

    Strong scripting skills (e.g. Python Bash) for automation tasks.

    Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).

    Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.

    Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g. Git).

    Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.

    Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
