    Description
    • To assist in the check ins and thecheck outs
    • To greet the guest and identify hisspecific reservation
    • To anticipate andpersonalize the service for each guest to ensure hissatisfaction
    • To follow up of guests during alltheir stay to ensure their satisfaction
    • To dealwith the needs, issues and guestcomplaints
    • Perform job duties as advised by theHead of the department.
    • Regularly maintainattendance by reporting to shift timing asadvised.
    • Establish and maintain goodcommunications and teamwork skills with fellow heartists and otherdepartments within the hotel as and whenrequired.
