    Description
    Perform electrical design, perform relevantcalculations and supervise activities related to electrical and/orlow voltage systems on site.
    Prepare detailed designs,diagrams, partitions and coordination drawings.
    Supervisethe MEP Draftsman, ensuring adherence to company standards throughreviews, corrections and providingguidance.
    Communicating with the authorities, submittingreports and obtaining approvals from the relevantauthorities.
    Review and approve/comment on shop drawings,coordination drawings, work method statements, and materialssubmission.
    Collaborate with team members, including sitesupervisors, foremen and inspectors, to achieve project objectiveswithin agreed timelines, managing sub-contracts whereappropriate.
    Address and resolve complexities withcustomer representatives, sub-consultants, manufacturingdepartments, subcontractors and suppliers.
    Developproject specifications in collaboration with various disciplines,both within the company/contractors and clientside.
    Conduct physical inspections and site surveys atvarious locations, if necessary.
    Prepare and maintainproject documents such as correspondence, meeting minutes and notesin accordance with agreed deliverables.
    Allocate,distribute and follow up on tasks within the team, while ensuringthe quality of work produced.
    Provide advice oncost-effective equipment modifications to enhance safety,reliability and productivity.
    Develop workflow andprocedures for the MEP department using research, analytical,conceptual, and planning skills.
    Attend technicaltraining sessions related to MEP / Revit modeling, stay updatedwith modern practices and implement them as per companyrequirements.
    Support the department in technicalinterviews while contributing to the development of the MechanicalEngineering Department based on new resourcerequirements.
    Depending on operational requirements, beready to be deployed to any of the Emirates and assigned todifferent departments as needed.
    Required profile ofcandidates
    1) Bachelor's degree in electricalengineering
    2) A minimum of 5 years' experiencein the construction/fit-out industry in the UAE isrequired
    3) Valid UAE drivinglicense
