    TERRA ENERGYSERVICES:

    TES is a newdivision of ACDI that solely focuses on power through clean energy.We believe Electric Vehicle Charging Stations are a way for ourpartners to promote and capitalize on the rapid push for electricvehicles and an overall, a more sustainable planet. This divisionwill bring EV Chargers to market through ACDI s existing dealernetwork as well as looking for new opportunities for our currentnetwork to expand.

    TECHNICAL PRODUCT ANDSERVICES MANAGER @ ACDI:

    TheTechnical Product and Services Manager will help drive productdevelopment growth as well as service opportunities around EVChargers in the channel for the Terra division, largelycontributing to the overall success of thecompany.

    This dynamic team member will be themain technical liaison for our channel, building confidence in ourproducts, hosting educational classes and webinars, serving as thepoint person on technical support, as well as advising on siteplanning for end customer implementations. This will requireworking well with all levels of internal management and staff,vendors, channel partners and customers alike. It will be of theutmost importance that team members support ACDI s mission, vision,and core values. Ensure discretion with confidential information,practice individual time management and encourage team members toimplement healthy time management behaviors as well. Support acollaborative work environment including courteous, helpful, andprofessional behavior.

    PRODUCT AND SERVICES MANAGERRESPONSIBILITIES:

    • ChampionTechnical Product Management duties at TES, including workingclosely with OEM Partners to initiate, cultivate and grow businessrelationships
    • Drive FieldServices initiatives with Terra Channel Partners, includingproviding support to electricians and partners during installationand on-goingmaintenance
    • Continueto learn and be the knowledge leader for all things EVChargers
    • Helpidentify, recommend and participate in relevant conferences,business & technical seminars, trade shows, etc.
    • Manage alltechnical pre and post sales activities for Terra s EVantagePrograms; including but not limited to product education/trainingand ongoing technical support
    • Stay currentwith competitive landscapes, including EV Charging Manufacturersand EV ChargingNetworks
    • Cultivatemanufacturer/partner relationships to gain product knowledge ofTerra EV Chargers, providing insight and information internally andwith dealers and customersalike
    • Presentinformation (Demo s, webinars, written proposals) torepresentatives of dealerchannel
    • Developand maintain TES Technical Trainingcourses
    • SupportACDI shipping/handling department with producttransition
    • Seekopportunities to obtain user case studies and testimonials from topdealers
    • Strongknowledge of ACDI s CRM product, ZoHo, to effectively managequotes, orders, inventory and salespipeline
    • Abilityto manage time effectively between calls, meetings, and technicaltrainings
    • Responsiblefor regularly presenting your performance metrics and goals tomanagement
    • Contributesto team effort by collaborating internally with other teams such asmarketing, accounting and PSDgroups
    • Maintainsa complete understanding of and adhere to all ACDI policies,procedures, andprocesses
    • Contributesto a positive organizational culture while upholding ACDI smission, vision, and corevalues

    SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

    • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering; Apprentice Electrician;Journeyman Electrician; Master Electrician; Military ElectricianTraining
    • Industryexperience and/or subject matter expert preferred with; ElectricVehicles; Electric Vehicle Charging; Solar / GreenEnergy
    • Familiaritywith Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)required
    • Experiencepresenting to executive level managementpreferred
    • Strongprofessional communication skills (via phone, email, andin-person), problem-solving, negotiation skills, technicalcapacity, project management, andcollaboration
    • Experienceexercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company orteaminformation
    • Excellentorganizational skills with and ability to think proactively, beadaptable to change, anticipate upcoming needs, and prioritizework
    • Ability tolead, facilitate, motivate andorganize
    • Strivesfor excellence by setting priorities and followingthrough

    WHAT SETS YOUAPART:

    • Experiencein the Electric Vehicle space and/orsoftware-as-a-service
    • Familiaritywith EV Charging, including both hardware and softwareknowledge
    • Strongbackground and/or experience in electricalwork
    • Proficiencyin Google Suite and CRMApplications

    PHYSICALREQUIREMENTS:

    • Mustbe able to stand or sit for prolonged periods oftime
    • Must be ableto lift 25pounds
    • Ability totravel up to 25% annually or as needed and fly on a commercialairliner ifneeded
    • May berequired to furnish a passport or other identity documents forinternationaltravel

    SUPERVISORYRESPONSIBILITY:

    • Thisposition has no supervisoryresponsibilities

    WORKENVIRONMENT:

    • Moderatenoise level, bullpen environment located at ACDI headquarters -Remote position may beconsidered
    • Fast-paced,encouraging andpositive
    • Employeemay be required to furnish adequate internet services, mobileservices, and other devices necessary to receive businesscommunications on a continualbasis
