    MTCis looking for Creative and Dynamic Graphic Designers who wants togain industry experience. The candidate is expected to come up withattention-grabbing content. If you re familiar with producingonline visual graphics and have an eye for detail, then you are atthe right place. As a Graphic Design Intern your roles andresponsibilities will be asfollows:

    CoreFunctionalResponsibilities:

    • Understand thebusiness environment and the requirements of theorganization.
    • Perform extensive research on ourproducts and work with the marketing team on aplan.
    • Working with internalteams for new ideas andstrategies.
    • Conceptualize visuals based onrequirements such as digital media campaigns, internalcommunication, presentation, andwebsite.
    • Understand requirements, studydesigns, create drafts and present ideas, amend designs usingfeedback and present finaloutput.
    • Use a variety ofgraphic formats to communicate messages to a larger audience suchas infographics, videos, illustrations, logos,etc.
    • Collaborate withother designers, artists, stakeholders, and other team membersperiodically forinputs.

    GeneralResponsibilities:
    • Periodically presentation on marketingactivities to management and stakeholders to assess new needs andset direction.
    • Use theoretical knowledge tobring a fresh perspective to the various day-to-dayactivities
    • Work with Business heads andStakeholders and provide support in achieving business goals.
    • Participate in weekly meetingswith various teams.

    Abhyaz Internshipsare a 4-16 weeks remote opportunity designed to develop yourprofessional acumen while you work on critical real time projects.Youare expected to spend 10 to 15 hrs a week.Ourteam of mentors and industry professionals guide you through everystep of the project for you to gain valuable hands onexposure.We publish your work resultsin your online portfolio, allowing you to strengthen yourprofessional resume and social media profiles, while showcasingyour work to best position your talents for futureopportunities.The outcomes will be byte-sized projects that willhave to be delivered every week. Your outcomes will be reviewed andgrade by peers and your supervisors. Interns who excel in theirproject may be offered a full-time job with thecompany.

    Requirements

    • Any graduate who is interested inGraphic Designing and Creative Editing
    • Good conceptual knowledge in therespective domain
    • Ability to turn avariety of ideas into artisticdesigns
    • Familiarity with Design Software such as Illustrator,Photoshop, Canva, etc
    • keen eye foraesthetics and details.
    • Willingness to work with a teamof experts and follow systems and process
    • Enthusiasmto learn and embrace new challenges
    • Musthave a Computer/ Laptop, and Smartphone and uninterrupted internetconnection with noise-cancellationheadphones
