    Customer Success Account Manager - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Microsoft Dubai

    We are looking for a candidate to join aclient as a business development director of partnership
    Responsibilities

    • Manage current and new customer relationshipsas the main point of contact in collaboration with Marketing,Application Development, Supply Chain and other technical leads asnecessary
    • Identify opportunities byapplication, geography, and channel and nurture the highestpotential opportunities through ideation, prioritization, businesscase, application development, testing andcommercialization
    • Contribute to and build onthe commercial strategy of the business leveraging primary andsecondary research
    • Lead forecasting andpipeline management for respectiveproducts
    • Support distributor partners to closenew business and drive innovation and strategic direction in newapplications
    • Develop strong internal andexternal relationships that equip you with the tools to besuccessful in the role
    • Feed external customerneeds back into the organization to inform product development andnew protein strategy

    Minimum Qualifications andEducation

    • Partnershipsexperience source, diligence, and help close complex deals toaccelerate, derisk, and expandcommercialization
    • Highly strategic: experiencedecomposing real-world business problems and formulating strategiesby analyzing data, thinking from first principles, and iteratingquickly to deliver results
    • Highlycollaborative: capable of working cross-functionally to gather andsynthesize key strategic information
    • Highlyscrappy: capable of working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing,ever-changing technology company
    • Capacity tohandle ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs with a biasfor action
    • Strong organizational andprioritization skills under tight deadlines
    • Excellent project management, problem-solving,analytical, and interpersonal skills
    • Mission-oriented, resourceful, team-oriented,and low-ego with a positive attitude
    • BA or BSdegree (MBA is a plus)
    • 8+years of experience inbusiness development-related field
    • Must beauthorized to work in the United
    • Experience orinterest in the intersection of biology and technology at ahigh-growth company

    • Experienceat a high-growth startup in the ingredient, flavor, agricultural,and food strongly preferred
    • Syn-Bio/foodproduct launch & growth experience aplus
    • Ability to leverage your flexible anddiverse skill set as an athlete to plug and play in strategicbusiness development initiatives asneeded
    • Experience in securing long-termcommitments with customers
    • Experience workingin co-branded partnerships
    • Experienceidentifying strong customer champions and change makers that candrive a deal forward
    • Aptitude to learntechnical and scientific information
    • Ability towork independently (self-starter) and as a teammember
    • Strong communication skills with anaptitude to take complex ideas and simplify them into meaningfuland compelling messages in presentations to customers &executives
    • Experience in analyzing primary andsecondary research, digesting the information, and leveraging itfor use in sales presentations, product marketing decisions, andoverall business decision making
    • Highlyanalytical with a bias for action to find scrappy ways to solvecomplex problems, while maintaining attention to detail andorganization
    • Demonstrated experience withcross-functional collaboration
    • Comfortableworking in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment with theability to adapt and support others through change, ambiguity andcomplexity
    • Strong interpersonal and leadershipskills
    • Available to travel domestically andinternationally approximately <25>#/li###
    • This role will be based inour South San Francisco office, but can allow for flexible worklocations or at home work depending on candidateneeds

    This position is for our SouthSan Francisco location - there is no relocation assistance offeredat this
