THEROLE

We are looking for aLeads GenerationSpecialist who will be responsible forincreasing sales and profits

byestablishing viable opportunities,pursuing leads by reaching out to clientsthrough outbound calls, virtual meetings, social media messagingand emails and evaluating potential salesopportunities. This role also is expectedto deliver utmost professionalism and dedication with valuableexperience in Leads Generation.

We see aworld which is changing where there are new opportunities to buildsimple, scalable virtual businesses to improve lives. We offer awide range of services, software, and educational content towardsthis aim. We are helping thousands of customers every year and havea strong brand following within the Amazonecosystem.

We have two coreproducts, one a lead service that provides information on where tofind a product that you can buy low, resell high, for a profit onthe Amazon marketplace. The second service is a recruitment andtraining service for virtual assistants to work within other Amazonsellers businesses.

Over the last year, wehave nearly doubled our headcount, and this shows no signs ofslowing down as we continuously expand into both our UK and USAmarket.

All our content, services andproducts are educational based around training and supporting ourclients in selling on the Amazon marketplaces alongside our ownAmazon Business, which is separate tothis.

KEY RESULT AREA #1 Lead Generation

Provideinsights, suggestions, and recommendations to improve the leadgeneration campaigns andprograms
Implement all lead generationstrategies and plans based on effective evaluation of quality dataand valuable research
Conduct research to identifypotential prospects defining contact list and building cold andwarm contacts
Generate MQLs (Marketing QualifiedLeads) and SQLs (Sales QualifiedLeads)
Build and manage a lead generationpipeline
Perform email marketing, coldcalling, verification, and proper qualification of leads
Develop cold call script to buildknowledge base
Contact prospective clients togenerate sales bookingcalls
Respond to inbound and outboundleads in a timelymanner
Conduct lead scoring, leadsegmentation, and DataCleansing
Manage data effectively incompliance with the 6 dimensions of data (Completeness,Consistency, Conformity, Accuracy, Integrity, and Timeliness) whenworking with campaigns, information, files, reports, dashboards,among others
Use database, CRM, or other softwareto track progress with newprospects
Performance Metrics: Fail Rate,Bounce Rate, Open Click Rate, Appointment Rate, Response Rate,Close Ratio

KEY RESULT AREA #2 SocialMedia

Keep the company up-to-date withsocial media trends and keep us ahead of the social mediacompetition
Optimize each social mediatouchpoint using data, including top-of-funnel channels in theinbound and outbound landscape, middle-of-funnel channels likeemail nurturing, and bottom-of-funnel activities
Educate our target market about oursolutions through customer-focused content, social mediamonitoring, and more
Build and manage the company'ssocial media profiles and presence, including Linkedin, Facebook,Twitter, and additionalchannels.
Launch campaigns to boost onlineratings through various channels like Google My Business, Indeed, ,etc.
Monitor online brand reputation byreporting potential negative comments about the company throughdifferent digitalchannels
Create shareable content appropriatefor specific networks to both spread our brand and our content andlinks
Run regular social promotions andcampaigns and track their success, ranging from Facebook toLinkedIn conversations, as well as the content and links postedthrough these and otherchannels
Explore new ways to engage and newsocial networks to reach our target potentialclients

THE REQUIREDCOMPETENCIES

BS in Business, Marketing orany-related course from a reputableuniversity
At least 3 years of substantialoutbound sales experience and leadgeneration
Preferably with experience inecommerce, start ups, and virtualcompanies

TECHNICALKNOW-HOW

Proficiencywith CRM software
Knowledge on BANTP, CHAMP, MEDDIC,or other qualificationframeworks
Have a background in buildingcontent for email or thewebsite
Knowledge or background in PPC andSEO.
Experience in using MOZ, AHREF, orSEMrush
Understanding of salesprocesses
