    • Develop and deliver courses tostudents in specified discipline areas of study, considering andaiming to achieve the Three (3) fundamental standards of theUniversity, those are: Teaching, Research andServices
    • Evaluate and monitor individualstudent progress and provide feedback to sustain student success.Research, organize and manage instructional resources, coursesoutlines, and community networks. Actively seek out methods,procedures and resources to best achieve courseobjectives.
    • Support and participate inaccreditation initiatives. Perform miscellaneous job-related dutiesas assigned.

    JobRequirements:

    • Abilityto communicate effectively, both orally and in writing inEnglish.
    • Ability to develop and deliverpresentations.
    • Ability to work effectively witha multiple diverse community. Ability to create, compose and editwritten materials.
    • Program planning andimplementation skills.
    • Knowledge ofcomputerized student informationsystems.

    SkillsRequired:

    • PhD Degree inlaw directly related to the field ofArbitration.
    • Have a minimum of two yearsteaching experience.
    • Advanced use of technologyin the education process (delivering classes via presentations,using e-learning systems,reports).
