    Description
    • This role requires the candidateto be based out of our United Arab Emirates office (AbuDhabi).

    RoleResponsibilities:

    • Participatein financial due diligence assignments in the context of buy- andsell-side M&A transactions, servicing both corporate andprivate equity clients.
    • Add value to thetargeted transaction by transforming key findings into priceadjustments and proposed warranties;
    • Analyzeand present financial information (i.e. Income, Balance sheet andCash flow statements), as well as underlying key performancedrivers.
    • Assess key valuation metrics used tobridge Enterprise and Equity value by analyzing underlying EBITDA,working capital requirements and net (financial)debt.
    • Provide insight on other (non-) financialrisks and opportunities specific to the business and relevant toconsider in a transaction context.
    • ConductingM&A and IPO engagements
    • Reviewingfinancial information of the client/target
    • Adding or forming financial, commercial,and business views to help the target, client and investors intheir decisionmaking

    Skills &Requirements:

    • You havea Bachelor's degree preferably from an reputable/international university and at least 3 years experience in arelevant domain (Financial Due Diligence, Financial Analysis,Financial Audit, ...) with relevant experience intransaction services related domain considered aplus;
    • You have excellent English speaking andwriting skills. Arabic is preferable.
    • Strongnumeracy and analytical skills with a keen eye fordetail
