Description

Collaborate with the tax team to develop and execute comprehensive corporate tax strategies that align with the group's objectives and regulatory requirements.
Review the monthly tax provision calculation produced by the system and perform a reconciliation to the ledger
Oversee and manage the end-to-end annual tax compliance process, ensuring the accurate and timely filing of all tax returns.
Perform detailed reviews of deferred tax calculations for the group, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
Lead transfer pricing initiatives, ensuring compliance with international guidelines and recommending strategies to optimize the company's global tax position.
Provide tax expertise during mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and post-transaction integration.
Offer guidance on cross-border tax matters, including international tax planning, treaty analysis, and preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
Stay abreast of changes in domestic and international tax laws and regulations, and proactively ensure the organization's tax practices remain compliant and current.
Prepare and review tax-related financial reports and disclosures, including tax provision calculations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external advisors, and tax authorities to address tax-related inquiries, audits, and projects efficiently.
