    Description
    Purpose:

    Thisis asalesmanagerrole, with quota retrial ofapprox. Rs 3-5 crores per year. The person will be part ofEnterprise Segment for South/west/northRegion Direct Sales. Thisrole will focus on driving adoption of Cloud withinEnterpriseaccounts, focusing on AWScloud consulting services. Role expects the team member to bebusiness savvy and should have technical sales background necessaryto help establish Rapyderin the EnterpriseSegment.

    Theperson will be responsible for identifying, structuring, andmanaging strategic accounts and commercial deals with to drivebusiness growth for Rapyder. The person will work closely withleadership to develop initiatives, plan events and sales strategiesalong with the partners to meet defined performance, engagement andrevenue growthobjectives.

    Roles&Responsibilities:

    1. Driverevenue and market share in chosen top 30 accounts inNorthRegion
    2. Meetor exceed quarterly revenuetargets
    3. Developand execute comprehensive accountplans
    4. Ensurecustomersatisfaction
    5. Developlong-term strategic relationshipswithCXOsinkey accounts. Should be ableto conduct mass presentations, conducting demos of AWS solutions,understand and contributing to pre-sales SOW/documentation. Avoiddependence on pre-sales for first levelcalls.
    6. WorkwithISV/OEM /AWSBDMs to extend reach &drive adoption. Cadences with AWS teams and planning jointly withour principal OEM, is a major weekly need of thisrole
    7. Managecontractnegotiations
    8. Expectmoderate travel. WFH as per prevailing norms till
    9. Consistentlyshare prospect feedback regarding our services, or pricing toLeadership team and offer suggestions for additional services to beadded to ourportfolio.
    10. Workclosely with Marketing to ensure tohelplaunch account specificplans, workshops, engagementprograms.
    11. Salesteams: enablement, collateral, co-ordinating pre-sales effort,Leads, Proposals, assistance in New customeracquisition
    12. In-time/ promptcollections
    13. MarketIntelligence - Customer, Principal, Competition. Build accountspecific databases, contacts through social media, web research.Collect account buying behavior data and knowledge of thedomain/industry/govt policies/technologytrends.

    Requirements

    1. NeedExperienced Candidate whocomes from direct sales, keyaccount management, cloud computing background. Non-IT sales or ITchannels/alliances traction will not be accepted. Persons withgovt/PSU sales experience can beconsidered.
    2. 5-10years exp in direct IT product or services sales.
    3. Proventrack record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterpriseaccounts through leading outbound prospectingteams.
    4. Musthave experience in selling Cloud services. Good to have experiencein AWS Cloudservices.
    5. Responsiblefor creating and iterating the sales development process,methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training andenablement
    6. LeadershipSkills: proven record ofbeing a team player, speakingbinary [precise, concise choiceof words] and work in uncertainbusiness environment. Leadership is a behaviour and not a formalrole in this JD. Represent the core five values of Rapyder andimbibe the same in dailybehaviour.
    7. Excellentwritten and spoken English.Business communication isvital and we cannot conduct training onthis.
    8. Accurate,nuanced, direct, and kindmessaging.
    9. Beingable to work independently, buildrelationshipsand respondquickly.
