    Description
    • To display merchandise in acompelling manner ensuring the brand standards aremaintained
    • Check that the stock has beenproperly tagged and priced as per brand standards & visualguidelines
    • Work closely with Buying andCommercial functions to launch seasonal activations in a timely andcost effective manner, install and merchandise all display props asper approved concept whilst creating an enticing display for ourcustomers.
    • Adapt brand driven concepts in linewith store and mall guidelines
    • Use businessapproved checklist to ensure correct POS is being utilized and thehighest possible standards are beingmaintained
    • Monitor slowand fast sellers and communicate observations to the Visualmerchandiser with suggestions and recommendations for appropriateactions
    • Support with themaintenance of all display equipment and materials used for instore displays, mannequins, windows and podiums. Ensure all itemsare carefully dismantled, packed and stored for futureuse
    • Attend trainingsessions conducted by brands and the buying team to ensure displaystandards are maintained, photograph store for feedback &brand reports when requested
    • Conduct VMtraining sessions with the shop floorteams
    • Keep up to date withthe latest seasonal trends and conduct regular comparative shopsfor inspiration and new merchandisingideas/concepts
    • Oversee quotations process,production and execution of set ups by internal team and/orexternal contractors, suppliers for installation, GWPsetc.

    Education

    • Graduatein any discipline with tertiary qualifications in fine orcommercial arts
    • Good knowledge in Adope suiteor 3D sketchup

    Experience

    • 2- 3 years' experience in VM/merchandisingrole
    • Experience in creating mood boards orthematic, creating VM installations, podiums oractivations
