    Description

    Responsibilities:

    As theHead of Social Strategist your primary responsibility will be toimplement and plan Social Media best practices and digital contentstrategies for one of our major tech clients encompassing newbusiness opportunities.

    This role involvesactive participation in a diverse range of fastpaced projects frominception to completion including handson project management ad hocsocial media consultations crafting strategic recommendations andmonitoring and optimizing strategies.

    Developstrategies for social and digital content based on a deepunderstanding of the clients brand message voice objectives andtarget demographics.

    Offer creative andstrategic insights for social and digitalprojects.

    Collaborate closely with account andcreative teams to execute strategies tailored to both B2C and B2Bneeds.

    Provide oversight and support to ContentStrategists and Community Management teams to align with strategicobjectives.

    Conduct ongoing monitoring andauditing of Social Media strategies for existing clients as part ofthe continuous optimization process.

    Analyzedata from various analytical and monitoring tools to continuallyoptimize account performance.

    Stay abreast ofsocial media trends to adapt strategies and content based on thelatest platform updates and innovations.

    Workwith the Data team to develop crisis management and controlprotocols.

    Handle social expertise requests forpitches and new business projects.

    Identifybusiness opportunities and devise appropriatesolutions.

    Take a leadership role with clientsas needed offering valuable strategic insights.

    Offer thought leadership on current and future social mediamarketing best practices integrating AI cultural context trends andconversations while considering the synergy between sociallistening and content creation.

    Implementsecurity controls for team processes and systems ensuringcompliance with information securitypolicies.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 1012 years of experience in digital environments includingroles such as Digital Planner or Social MediaStrategist.

    Experience in team/peoplemanagement.

    Thorough understanding of SocialMedia landscape formats and trends.

    Proficiencyin crafting Social Media strategies and defining roles for variousplatforms.

    Ability to comprehend digitalaudiences and their behaviors.

    Expertise inmeasuring success and determining relevant metrics based onobjectives digital channels and formats.

    Proficient in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data toextract valuable insights.

    Ability to balancestrategic and tactical thinking.

    Familiaritywith research and analysis tools like Sysomos Statista Global WebIndex Facebook Insights or Socialbakers.

    Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.

    Capable of presenting information andideas clearly and persuasively.

    Curiosity aboutand attentiveness to popular culture with a continuous learningmindset.
