    Description

    Scope:

    • Thedesign and communication of end-to-end solutions to enable andguide the design and development of integrated solutions acrossmultiple platforms that meet current and future businessneeds.


    Requirements

    Professionalqualifications

    • BCS,TOGAF, SWEBOK or other equivalent and valid architecturecertificates
    • Relevantprofessional qualifications in designing cloud-based solutions(e.g. Azure, PowerApps Portal, MS Dynamics 365, MSSharePointOnline)

    Role-specificexperience:

    • Provenrecord in designing and delivering end-to-end business solutionsimplemented across multiple components, platforms and technologies(both cloud andon-prem);
    • Experienceusing agile software development methodologies (i.e. Kanban, Scrumand other leantechniques);
    • Strongknowledge Microsoft cloud technologies (Microsoft Dynamics Portals,MicrosoftSharePointOnline
    • Experiencein working with Azure DevOps or JIRA SDLC isdesired

    Role-specificskills, competencies &responsibilities

    • Leadthe creation and review of an end-to-end domain architecture andprocesses to support the strategic requirements of the business.Identify the business benefits of alternativestrategies.
    • Ensurecompliance between business strategies, enterprise architecture andtechnology directions, setting strategies, policies, standards andpractices.
    • Developand present business cases, for high-level initiatives andapprovals.
    • Createand communicate multiple design views to identify and balance theconcerns of all stakeholders of the domain design and to allow forboth functional and non-functional requirements. Identify andevaluates alternative design options andtrade-offs.
    • Ensurethat domain architecture decisions are justified and documented.Assess and manage associatedrisks.
    • Ensurethat platforms and components selected for delivery of a domainspecific solution are integrated to achieve domainobjectives.
    • Provideeffort / cost estimates and work breakdownstructure.
    • Presentdomain architecture to governance bodies, address resultingarchitectural actions and participate in the overall IT governancestructures.
    • Collaboratesstrongly with EMA architects in developing the solution, byapplying the EMA architecturalprinciples
    • Partnerwith Platform Architects from the Strategic Platforms (I-SP)department in order to assess and optimise domain functionalrequirements and augment with technical requirements from theplatformarchitecture.
    • Partnerwith the Enterprise Architect from the CIO Office to ensure thatthe domain architecture fits into the broader enterprisearchitecture.
    • Contributeto solutions testing and identify potential improvements to thedomain solution, processes and to the strategic platforms accordingto agreeddesigns/requirements;
    • Collaborateswith Business Analysis function in identifying and preventing risksfrom the requirements gathering phase and all through the lifecycleof thesolution
    • Supportscontinuous knowledge transfer to team members and transparentapproach in sharingrisks/issues/dependencies
    • Autonomousin managing activities based on priorities given by the ProjectManager
    • Reportsoutcome of testing through the JIRA SDLCtool
    • Identifiespotential improvements to the process and to the software productsaccording to agreeddesigns/requirements;
    • Experienceworking with key users in a fast paced and changing businessenvironment to design and develop software that meets businessneed;
    • Experienceof the full development lifecycle of complex large scale andmulti-userapplications;
    • Productionof the relevant technical documentation, such as system designs,class designs and documentation for the supportteam;
    • Capacityto assist the support team in training the users of thesystem;
    • Astrong technical background, specifically the delivery of complexsoftwaresystems;
    • Knowledgein IT Service Management and/or Risk frameworks, and/orinternationalstandards.

    We are aftersomeone who has had varied and balanced experience in the field andwould meet the below requirements. Must Have: 3+ years ofexperience in systems development and security Practical knowledgeof designing security architecture, demonstrating solutionsdelivery, principles and emerging technologies - Designing andimplementing security solutions. This includes continuousmonitoring and making improvements to those solutions, working withan information security team. 2+ years of experience in testingcomplex systems Experience In consulting and designing IT SecuritySystems Practical knowledge of cloud computing and security: databreaches, broken authentication, hacking, account hijacking,malicious insiders, third parties, APTs, data loss and DoS attacks.Excellent experience with design UML and ArchiMate modelsExperience with relevant National Institute of Standards andTechnology (NIST) standards, ISO27001 and COBIT Familiar withDisaster Recovery, High Availability and Backup strategiesExperience implementing multi-factor authentication, singlesign-on, identity management and related technologies Ability toexplain security architecture in an understandable way to bothtechnical and non-technical audiences Good understanding cloudsecurity concept and solution Knowledge of security principles asNeed To Know, Zero Trust, DID and other Strong leadership, projectand team-building skills, including the ability to lead teams anddrive projects and initiatives in multiple departments Holds CISSP(Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certificateor CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certificate or CISM(Certified Information Security Manager) certificate or equivalentEnglish Level C1 + EU National or Permanent Resident Nice To Have:TOGAF Cerified - An Advantage CCSP (Certified Cloud SecurityProfessional - ISC2) - An Advantage Azure Security EngineerAssociate or AWS Certified Security An Advantage Self AssessmentQuestions: Do you have 3+ years of experience in systemsdevelopment and security Do you have Practical knowledge ofdesigning security architecture, demonstrating solutions delivery,principles and emerging technologies - Designing and implementingsecurity solutions.
