    What will yourrole involve?

    You will work withhighly experienced colleagues on strategic projects both internallyand externally for

    How will you addvalue?

    Although you will not beexpected to have deep experience in all of the areas outlined askey responsibilities (as you will be guided by highly experiencedmembers of the Business Solutions team), you will be expected tohave some knowledge of customer relationship management and theloyalty management

    You are likely to have anacademic background in some form of STEM-based analytic subjectssuch as psychology, economics, philosophy or computer science to atop university graduate or post-graduate degree

    You will need to demonstrate an ability toanalyse data, identify challenges, prioritise opportunities andsolve problems using strategic frameworks and creative thinking

    You will be a rational thinker, persuasivecommunicator, confident presenter and eloquent

    You will have had experience working in businesseither in CRM, data analytics, loyalty management or in a broaderstrategic or technical You will have spent time working for aninnovative business or in a top marketing, data science ormanagement
