    Description
    • Sells assigned products to all sectors, whether they are private companies, Government Departments or individuals.
    • Maintains an excellent technical knowledge about the company products.
    • Finds new prospects through the media or by cold calls and try to turn them into clients.
    • Stays in constant touch with the Line Manager for guidance, reviews outstanding quotations, updates on the market and advises improvement of system in order to comply with the quality policy.
    • Gathers information about competitors products, catalogs, prices, advantages and disadvantages awareness.
    • Act as a link between client and Service Department in order to ensure total customer satisfaction.
    • Follows up on the collection of outstanding payment. In case of any default, reports the case to the Department Head.
    • Convinces the customer post sales to take service/maintenance contract.
    • Submit weekly and monthly, customer visit, inquiry logs and weekly planner and quotation status report to the Line Manager.
    • To promote sales of Earth Moving and Construction Equipment - viz Bull Backhoe Loader, Skid Steer Loader, Thwaites Dumpers, Wheel Loaders, Excavators and Avant Mini Loaders in Dubai and Northern Emirates region.

    Requirements

    • BSC in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
    • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the same industry
    • Good communication and negotiation skills
    • Technical knowledge
    • Analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure
    • Team player and articulate personality
    • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
    • UAE Driving License is required
