    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in the recruitment industry. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our sales team by efficiently handling administrative tasks coordinating sales activities and ensuring smooth communication with clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist the sales team in creating contracts emails and preparing quotations for clients.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales data client interactions and contracts.
    • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.
    • Schedule appointments meetings and followups as needed.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and presentations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Provide administrative support to the sales team as required.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role preferably in the recruitment industry.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and under pressure.
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Female candidates with valid residency visa preferred.
