We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Executive Chef with expertise in international cuisine to lead culinary operations across multiple brands within our company.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will oversee menu development, culinary innovation, and quality control across our diverse portfolio of brands, bringing your passion for international flavors and culinary creativity to each unique concept.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and standardize menus for each brand, incorporating authentic international flavors and culinary techniques that align with their respective identities and target markets.
  • Lead recipe development and innovation efforts, infusing each brand's menu with exciting and globallyinspired dishes that captivate diners and drive business growth.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to culinary teams at each brand, fostering a culture of culinary excellence, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Oversee food sourcing, procurement, and quality control processes, ensuring the highest standards of authenticity, freshness, and sustainability across all brands.
  • Manage food costs, budgeting, and inventory management for each brand, optimizing profitability while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with brand managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to develop and execute culinary initiatives, promotional campaigns, and special events that showcase the unique culinary identities of each brand.
  • Stay abreast of global culinary trends, emerging ingredients, and cultural influences to continuously elevate the culinary offerings of our brands and differentiate them in the marketplace.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Corporate Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a multibrand food service environment, with expertise in international cuisine.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.
  • Extensive knowledge and proficiency in a diverse range of international cuisines, with the ability to tailor menus to the unique characteristics of each brand.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower culinary teams across multiple brands to achieve excellence.
  • Exceptional culinary skills and creativity, with a passion for exploring new flavors, techniques, and culinary traditions.
  • Solid understanding of food costing, budgeting, and inventory management in a multibrand environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
