    We are recruiting a ContractManager to join our team and deliver the Soft Facilities Managementservices located on the client account.

    As aContract Manager you will be responsible for delivering the SoftServices working in partnership with all stakeholders with aprimary focus on providing world class and unforgettableexperiences that matches the companys brand positioning and clientsAdmin core pillars of service Workplace Services WorkplaceExperience and Business Partnership.

    Constantinnovation is key to our longterm success and within the role youwill be responsible for improving both operational and commercialperformance through best practice operational excellence andidentifying opportunities for introducing new service lines andproduct offerings. The successful candidate would be expected to beoperationally hands on where necessary as well as having fullmanagerial and financial responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Responsible for the contract management of the staff operation andmaintenance of Soft Services including but not limitedto:

    • Front of House
    • Mailroom
    • Events
    • Workplace Coordinators
    • BuildingEngagement
    • Cleaning
    • Waste
    • Planting
      • Pest Control
    • Line managementresponsibility for a contract team and indirectly for relevantsubcontractors ensuing contracts are staffed by fully competentteams and that effective succession planning arrangements are inplace.
    • Provision of leadership and guidanceadvice coaching and direct support where required to deliver bestpractice selection training assessment andrecognition/reward.
    • Deliver effectivebusiness communication through advice review leadership and directcontribution to management and team meetings briefings consultationforums correspondence monthly and adhoc reporting and otherpublications.
    • Ensure that all matters thatmay impact the smooth running of the building and facilities areimmediately reported and collaborate with the relevant stakeholdersto ensure timely closing out of tickets and jobs.
    • Ensure a 5* customer focus within all areas ofoperational activities and that effective relationships aremaintained with key client contacts.
    • Development of contract financial plans for revenue and profitdelivery reduction of WIP debt cost reduction and contract growthand ensure that these are met and exceeded.
    • To conduct regular reviews of operating procedures makingrecommendations for improvement with appropriate working practicesand emergency/contingency procedures within the criticalsystems.
    • Ensure the provision of healthy andsafe working conditions and regularly review the H&Spolicy.
    • Work closely with subject matterexperts to engage and drive innovation sustainability and bestpractice across all services delivered on site.
    • Ensure appropriate control systems to ensure statutorypolicy and contractual commitments are met.
    • Promote and maintain the core values of the company.

    PersonSpecification:

    • Strongexperience in Facilities Management and CustomerService.
    • Results oriented ability to achievebusiness goals with a concern for working well surpassing standardsof excellence and passion for challenges.
    • Customer focused develop strong customer relationships by listeningto and satisfying customer needs.
    • Drivesaccountability ability to establish clear measurable goals takingownership of responsibilities and commitments to those goals andmoving others to responsibility for their goals.
    • Excellent judgement decision making and influencingskills particularly in complex and highpressuresituations.
    • Highly organised and able toprioritise and manage workload effectively in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Excellent communicationinterpersonal and presentation skills (oral andwritten).
    • Comfortable with and embracing ofnew technologies and digital tools.
    • Conversant with Microsoft Office (Word Excel OutlookPowerPoint).
    • A good level of English andMathematics required.
