    Description
    • Influences and promotesthe Mace culture in relation to health andwellbeing.
    • Accountable forinfluencing, building, maintaining, and strengthening internal andexternal stakeholder relationships and where applicable, lead anddevelop teams.
    • Monitors andreports on performance and provide advice, guidance and expertiseas needed.
    • Drives changethrough communication, persuasion, engagement, andinnovation.
    • Key contributorto the development and execution of the Groupwide health andwellbeingstrategy.
    • Responsible forexecution of Group-wide delivery plans, programmes and projectsensuring delivery to planned time andbudget.
    • Provides expertiseand support to the operational business to enable localdelivery.
    • Deliverscontinuous improvements in processes through application of bestpractices and lessons learned. Drives transformationalchange.
    • Collaborates withthe HR and HSW functions to enable them to support their clientsacross all groups andgeographies.
    • Responsible forassuring the identification of risks relating to health andwellbeing are assessed, managed, andmitigated.
    • Acts as a thoughtleader in developing health and wellbeing initiatives across thebusiness, identifying new pathways and programmes for health andwellbeing, and evolving digitaltechnologies.
    • Engages withand influences identified business and industrystakeholders.
    • Workscollaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbontransition and share responsibility for the proactiveidentification and management of the associated carbon emissionsand reductions during the delivery ofwork.
