    ACCOUNTSPAYABLE SPECIALIST

    Weare the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions leading serviceprovider of comprehensive petroleum,sales,maintenance,inspection,testing andconstruction management services to major oil suppliers,independent retailers, contractors and other public sectorfacilities.We are lookingfor an Accounts Payable Specialist to work at our headquarters inManchester, NH.     Responsibilitiesand Duties

    • Accuratelyprocess approved supplier invoices into Accpac Software (Product ofSage)
    • Perform3-waymatch for PO, Receipt, and invoice
    • Researchand reconcile invoice discrepancies, while effectivelycommunicating with internal andexternal clients
    • Performvendor account reconciliations
    • Processtransactions and perform accounting duties, such as accountmaintenance and accountreconciliations
    • Analyzecurrent processes and procedures to ensure best practices areimplemented
    • HandleAccounts Payable for separate offices across multiple states
    • Abilityto manage competing deadlines and function well in a fast-paced,team-oriented environment
    • Supportthe day to day Accounts Payable operations
    • Performcoding and entering AP invoices as needed
    • Hours:M-F (8:00 am-4:30pm) with 1 2 hour paid lunch.


    Requirements

    • 5+years of Accounts Payable experience
    • Computerskills with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
    • Abilitytomultitask, meetdeadlines, and work under pressure
    • Mustbe detailed oriented and have good communication skills
    • Possessa strong understanding of confidentiality
    • Basicaccounting skills are required.
