- Manage and lead the project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery within established parameters.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that construction plans align with project goals, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Review and approve project contracts, change orders, and procurement activities, negotiating terms and conditions as needed.
- Act as a key point of contact for Contractor, consultant, addressing their concerns, providing project updates, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Evaluate and mitigate project risks, proactively identifying potential obstacles and implementing solutions to ensure project success.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

- Minimum of 15-20 years of extensive experience in successfully managing high-rise towers (Minimum 75 floors and above) construction projects, specifically focusing on large residential contracts, demonstrating a track record of exceptional project execution and delivery.'

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
