Sales Coordinator (Trading)

Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator with strong technical skills to join our dynamic automotive trading team.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical expertise to assist in selling automotive products.

This position requires a proactive and organized individual with a deep understanding of automotive components and a knack for customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


Technical Expertise:


  • Demonstrate indepth knowledge of automotive components, parts, and accessories.
  • Assist customers and sales team members with technical inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technological advancements in the automotive sector.

Sales Support:


  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers as needed.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and technical workshops for potential customers.

Order Processing:


  • Handle order processing, including order entry, tracking, and shipment coordination.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Resolve any orderrelated issues or discrepancies efficiently.

Customer Service:


  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling products.

Data Management:


  • Maintain and update customer information, sales records, and inventory data.
  • Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in forecasting sales and inventory needs.

Communication:


  • Facilitate communication between the sales team, customers, and other departments.
  • Ensure all parties are informed of order status, technical updates, and relevant information.

Administrative Duties:


  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, document management, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in automotive sales coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and CRM software.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive components and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customerfocused with a commitment to providing topnotch service.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
