    Description

    AccountsManager

    Accountmanagement responsibilities include developing strong relationshipswith customers, connecting with key business executives andstakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers alsoanswer client queries and identify new business opportunities amongexisting customers.

    Roles andResponsibilities:

    Maintain andestablish business relationship between the company and itscustomers (both internal andexternal)

    • Developcompany s IT projects to meet adequately all business needs of theassignedcustomers
    • Ensureall IT initiatives relating to customer services are met timelyenough
    • Ensureall IT projects are streamlined towards prescribedbudget
    • Leadother IT members of staff in actualizing company s goal towardsbetter servicedelivery
    • Overseeand manage activities of other IT staff members to ensure all workin line with laid down procedures outlined by theorganization
    • Reportactivities directly to the agency director or IT account director,regarding the status of any client-relatedtransaction
    • Advocatethe needs and expectations of the client to ensure compliance bytop management towards achieving customer satisfaction, which isthe sole goal of theorganization.
    • Workwith IT product development team to ensure compliance with customersexpectations
    • Ensurethat product portfolio gives reflection of ever-changing needs oftheclients
    • Coordinatetechnical support teams to provide varieties in customersproducts
    • Streamlinemaintenance, user supports, training, installations, and solutiondesign towards satisfaction of clients needs.


    Requirements

    • Requirements:

    Bachelor sdegree in information technology, marketing, business, or otherrelated fields, including six to eight years working experience inany of thefields

    Workingexperience in IT media studies or marketing, depending on nature ofaccount to bemanaged

    Familiarity witha number of IT field concepts, procedures, andpractices

    Ability to planand successfully accomplish company sgoals

    Possess latitudeand creativity in handling customersaccounts

    Ability torelate with customers, top management and junior staff members inthe IT department and across otherdepartments

    Ability tomanage more than one IT account at the same time as dictated by thecompany s requirements at any particulartime

    Ability tomaximize all business opportunities relating to each customer, likesales and marketing campaigns, resource requirements, and revenueforecasts.
