• Conduct daily validation of forward curves and settled prices within the trading system against external assessments to maintain valuation integrity. Understand price volatilities and consensus methodology to assess the reasonableness of our price curves.
• Collaborate with IT to onboard new curves, establish setups for new businesses and products, and prioritize price feed requirements with our provider.
• Implement effective governance over global end-of-day reporting processes, strategically influencing Trading Desks, Middle Office, Operations, and IT to minimize trade and operational issues affecting global end-of-day runs.
• Lead the prioritization and resolution of price and curve issues with IT and the support team.

• Serve as the primary interface with Exchanges and Clearers.
• Conduct trades and fee reconciliations between the AGT trading system and external exchange and broker statements.
• Coordinate with IT to configure fee structures for new brokers onboarded into AGT.
• Validate margin statements and collaborate with Treasury to ensure sufficient margins for our trading business.
• Manage new trading accounts and broker setups with exchanges and clearers.
• Collaborate with clearers on new product launches and limit setups on the exchange.

• Validate the entry of new deals, including physical and freight trades, against broker and deal recaps, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness within the systems.
• Review and exchange ISDA trade confirms with counterparties for bilateral OTC derivatives.
• Ensure accurate setup and monitoring of trading controls such as delegation of authority, ETRM system access, counterparty and broker concentration, block leave, and anti-fraud measures, working closely with front and middle office teams in case of control breaches.

• Act as secondary approvers in reviewing system access to ensure proper segregation of duties.

• Represent the Product Control team in prioritizing system enhancements for our ETRM system and participate in UAT testing.
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and automate daily activities performed outside of our core system, leveraging digital tools and process re-engineering principles.
