    Job PurposeAs Product Manager Home Loanat Emirates NBD your role is to

    • Work with the productmanagement team for home loan products with the aim to maximizeprofitability and growth for the portfolio especially new volumebookings at optimal pricing
    • Work closely withthe product management team in planning developing andimplementation of the various initiatives which will enhance theproduct reach as well the customer experience including channeloptimization training customer journey etc.
      • Theincumbent is expected to drive the development of integratedstrategies across customer segment product and/or portfolio alongwith the implementation of home loan projects and actively monitorperformance and make actionable and timely recommendations onPolicy Process Product Features etc to achieve business targets .

    Responsibilities

    • The role holder will beresponsible to interface with several internal and external partiesto ascertain strategic roadmap for the Home Loan business andimplement the associated action plan to achieve desired results
    • This role necessitates good understanding ofaspects of Home Loan product / pricing local market knowledge andfamiliarity with key digital/system interfaces
    • Support channels with queries on productpricing and process and Deliver agreed topline and bottomlinetargets for the product.
    • Focus on new channelsdigital online social media mobile etc
    • Attendall types of Group Customer Experience complaints (Media CB andinternal complaints) and provide the required approvals/resolutions.
    • Assist the product management inthe effective launch and delivery of the marketing plan promoscampaigns and collaborating with relevant teams for the timelyexecution of the same.
    • Act as point of firstreference for all product related enquiries and workcollaboratively with colleagues of sales channels driving andmotivating the team to optimize the channel productivity
    • Responsible for providing the salesteam/channels with the necessary technical expertise to enable themto sell the product. This involves active and regular engagementimparting periodic training etc.
    • Ensurebusiness margins for Home Loan/OD & R SME Loans ismaintained at a profitable level. To ensure a sustained growthmomentum is achieved at a good margin
    • RegularBranch Sales IIS Channel visits for constant engagement andfeedback with additional training to Branch PBAs Retail BankingExecutive IIS agencies and CCO Agents
      • Maintenance andcontinuous monitoring of Home Loan scorecards including ApplicationScore Behavioral Score CASA Score Customer Score and SelfEmployedscorecards.

    To besuccessful in this role you will need the following skills andexperience

    • Bachelors degreein a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus).
    • Minimum 35 years experience in sales marketingand product development of Retail Lending Products
    • Around 4 to 6 years of experience with RetailBanking Products
    • Ability to manage andinteract with other key stakeholders both direct business units andsupport units
      • Analytical skills for interpretingcustomer data and market trends
