    JobSummary:

    As an internationallawyer specializing in the negotiation and drafting of EMEA complexcommercial contracts, you will play a pivotal role as a strategicbusiness partner to both client-facing teams (sales, accountmanagement) and innovation departments (IT, Catalyst). Your primaryfocus will be to provide clear and actionable legal guidance,navigating the delicate balance between creativity in complex dealstructures and adherence to the regulatory framework of a publiclylisted company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Providecomprehensive end-to-end legal support and oversight for strategicaccounts within diverse sectors and industries across the EMEAGeography;
    • Offer direct legal support to salesteams in the acquisition of new clients within the region andnegotiating with leaders of various industries and other strategicclients to support the growth ofConcentrix;
    • Draft, review, analyze variousother commercial contracts as needed (DPAs, NDAs, consultancy,critical vendors...);
    • Take ownershipof all legal aspects related to identified IT and innovationinitiatives, notably regulatory monitoring, support forgo-to-market strategies and contractual support, by drafting ITcommercial contracts for Concentrix, including subscription toSaaS/IaaS/PaaS solutions, on-prem software licenses, outsourcing,build, integration, maintenance, consulting, technical assistance,and other IT services agreements;
    • Handle anylitigation or pre-litigation related to the above clients orprojects;
    • Coordinate with the Data ProtectionOfficer to facilitate the management of any data protection issuesrelated to your projects in compliance with applicable privacyregulatory requirements;
    • Deliver trainingsessions to Business teams and other relevant departments to raiseawareness and support Legal NPS;
    • Implement andupdate standard Group contractualdocumentation.

    Requirements:

    • 6to 8 years of experience in multinational or cross-culturalenvironments (private practice experiencepreferred);
    • Master's / Postgraduatedegree in law, with a specialization in IT Law, Personal Data,and/or International transactions;
    • Bilingual inEnglish, with additional languagespreferred;
    • Demonstrated ability to thinkcreatively within legal frameworks and propose innovative yetcompliant solutions;
    • Strong aptitude forworking under tight deadlines and adapting to evolvingpriorities;
    • Exceptional communication skills,with the ability to provide precise and actionable legaladvice;
    • Previous experience in team managementis required.
