    Description
    • Reviewing and studying the case file in detail so that the senior associate is fully aware of all aspects involved and related to cases/matters assigned to him/her;
    • Ensure to meet with clients as and when required in relation to their cases possessing the ability to understand the matter/case and further communicate the same to the consultant and lawyer;
    • Wherever required or requested by the client to prepare detailed synopsis, strategies, legal opinions (under the review of the consultant) on the case/matter;
    • Ensure that case files are read by the associates to ensure productive progress of the cases.
    • Senior associates are encouraged to work towards generating new business leads for the firm.
    • The senior associate is required to effectively and efficiently communicate with the clients on all aspects related to the client's case including without limitation to updates, progress, strategy, queries etc.
    • Communicate and discuss strategies of the case with the client once discussing the same with the legal consultant;
    • Effectively and efficiently supervise the team of paralegals/associates assigned to the senior associate;
    • Ensure that paralegals/associates are performing their tasks professionally;
    • Monitoring day-to-day assignments of the paralegals/associates;
    • Training the paralegal and associates where required;

    Key Requirements:

    • Graduate with both a bachelors and masters' law degree from a reputed University
    • Minimum 5 to 8 years' experience in a similar capacity with a reputed law firm, legal department or legal consultancy firm with good legal administration skills.
    • It is essential that the employee has excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
