    Job Title: Quality AssuranceOfficer

    Aboutthe Job:

    As a QA Officer thecandidate must have exposure to Audits in Healthcare such as(TASNEEFDOHADHICS etc.) and moreover handlingpolicies compliance KPIs andTQM.

    Job Roles &Responsibilities:

      1. Developimplement and maintain quality management systems (QMS) inaccordance with DOH JAWDAH TASNEEF and other regulatoryrequirements for healthcare facilities in Abu DhabiUAE.
      2. Conduct internal audits andassessments to evaluate compliance with established policiesprocedures and quality standards and identify areas forimprovement.
      3. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to develop and update policies protocols andguidelines related to patient care infection control safety andrisk management.
      4. Monitor and analysekey performance indicators (KPIs) quality metrics and patientfeedback data to assess the effectiveness of quality improvementinitiatives and drive performanceexcellence.
      5. Lead or participate inexternal audits and accreditation processes conducted by regulatoryauthorities certification bodies and accreditation organizationsensuring readiness and successfuloutcomes.
      6. Provide training educationand support to staff members on quality assurance principlesregulatory requirements and best practices for maintainingcompliance and enhancing patientsafety.
      7. Investigate incidentscomplaints and nonconformities and collaborate with relevantstakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions tomitigate risks and improveprocesses.
      8. Stay updated on changes inhealthcare regulations industry standards and best practicesrelated to quality assurance and ensure timely implementation ofrequired updates andenhancements.
      9. Serve as a subjectmatter expert on quality assurance and regulatory compliancematters providing guidance advice and recommendations to seniormanagement and departmentalleaders.
      10. Foster a culture of qualitycontinuous improvement and accountability throughout theorganization promoting awareness and engagement at alllevels.

    Qualifications:

    • Witha bachelors in any medical background.
    • Mastersin hospital administration and management or MBA in HealthcareManagement
    • CPHQ Trained orCertified
    • At least 3 years experience in thesame position or designation.
    • Desirable WithHAAD/DOH License
    • With homecare experience as aQuality Officer.
    • Joining Immediately ispreferred.
