    Description
    • Collaborate with the EM Retailmanagement team to ensure the effective implementation of EMpriorities – with emphasis on RFIDimplementation.
    • Cooperate cross-functionallywith Store Operations. Hub Retail. Tech, Merchandising, SCM, IT,Finance and Back Office functions in Hub andCluster.
    • Prepare and handle SIT and UAT stagesin terms of project management and hardwaremanagement.
    • Manage and drive the pilot for RFIDand then implement the developed key initiatives across the Marketin consultation with business partners such as Retail Directors,District Managers etc.
    • Organize and facilitatethe required meetings to inform and motivate the organization forthe assigned key initiative(s).
    • Document thedeveloped know-how related to the assigned key initiative(s) andmake it easily available for theorganization.
    • Create learning content forinvolved teams and manage updates andimprovements.
    • Deliver training and relatedmaterial to drive effective and efficient operations within therespective functions impacted by thesolutions.
    • Drive an appropriate ChangeManagement Strategy by developing the Master Plan for change andinitiating Change Management in the marketorganization.
    • Check and review all existingpolicies and standards (internal and external) and providenecessary updates on a regular basis according to new systems andtools.
    • Prepare new guidelines for respectivemarkets/districts based on Market EMrequests.
    • Manage the processes that identifiesand implements significant improvement opportunities to support thedigitalization of Back of House and BackOffice
    • Develop standards of performance, toolsand services based on process innovation and best-in-classpractices for Digitalization in Back ofHouse.
    • Manage and coordinate the developmentand testing of new processes andprocedures
    • Increase the productivity of BoHoperations such as Omni Channel services, delivery processes andmonitoring agreed KPIs and providing timely feedback to impactpositive results.
    • Work closely with ProcessImprovement FoH and Digital teams to create a holistic storeecosystem benefiting from reciprocal interaction between FoH andBoH operations, tools and services.
    • Work withongoing requests and demands for improvements and lead the processof fixing current issues.
