Description

This position is responsible for network product building, Internal or business project delivery and 3rd level support. The network product scope is defined within Security and network service product line product catalogue (Firewalling, VPN, Intelligent IP, Identity, IPS, Proxy, WAF )

• Work closely with the other network teammates within the product-line and with network engineer within other network product line.
  
• Contribute to design security and network services products.
  
• Responsible for choosing and sizing the right component to build the network solution, the BOM, accordingly to the business needs, product standards and business evolutions.
  
• Contributes to define, execute, and support the implementation plan, according to quality-of-service and change standards.
  
• Leads or contributes to the execution of the plan and makes sure that all requirements are fulfilled to move to Run (TOM delivery, Monitoring setup, run book delivery, Knowledge transfer toward L2/L3 support, work instructions delivery, ).
  
• Responsible of support activities, incident solving, Patching activities, technical debt activities. This position works closely with Operation Excellence and GSC teams to assure the quality of service in regard of the SLA and the delivery of key performance indicator report.
  

As part of a high-performance Global network product team, candidate must have broad and in-depth knowledge in Network Technologies particularly on complex network infrastructure, including SDN and Cloud networking and services.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in intelligent IP product (Vital QIP, Efficient IP, Linux BIND, Windows DNS)
  
• Strong expertise in AAA product (Cisco ISE, NAC, TACACS, RSA)
  
• Strong expertise in Firewalling product (Cisco, Palo Alto, NSX-T)
  
• Strong expertise in VPN product (Cisco ASA, F5APM, Palo Alto)
  
• Expertise in Network Automation (Ansible, API Scripting with Ruby/Python, Terraform, GitHub, Algosec)
  
• Expert level understanding of SDN and Cloud service (Azure, AWS, ACI)
  
• Expert level understanding of TCP/IP protocol suite
  
• Expert level understanding of DDI product
  
• Expert level understanding of Web Gateway product
  
• Expert level understanding of WAF product
  
• Excellent hands-on experience in LAN/WAN routing/switching implementation and troubleshooting skills
  
• Excellent hands-on experience in F5 Load balancing
  
• Knowledge and working experience of Bandwidth and performance analysis tools (e.g. Netflow) and SNMP based NMS
  
• Understanding of major networking product trends and capabilities.
  
• Able to document operational support procedures, network diagrams for operation support purpose
  
• Basic understanding with ITIL process
  
• Preferred but not mandatory - Basic understanding of various operating systems windows server, Unix, Linux, etc.

• Master s degree
  
• Minimum working experience required on Network is 8 years with at least 5 years in complex enterprise network engineer role in a sizable organization
