    Description

    Our client a ConstructionManagement company operating across multiples sectors within thebuilding industry and involved in various luxury lifestyle serviceswhich offer fullservice solutions for those interested in toptierliving covering corporate individual and family lifestylemanagement needs is urgently in need of a highly qualifiedSeniorAccountant.

    Successfulcandidate will take care of financial matters within the companyand interpret financial records. You will be responsible forreconciling bank statements and calculating payroll to keep thecompany in strong financialstanding.

    JobResponsibilities:

    • Mustbe well versed in multicurrency conversions and multicurrencyaccountingoperations.
    • Goodwith merchant related payments or aggregatorservices.
    • Goodunderstanding of intercompanyreconciliations.
    • Shouldhave presentable skills and knowledge of accountreceivables.
    • Mustbe an expert with yearend adjustments in sales banking expensesreconciliationsetc
    • Handson experience in payroll accounting and VATreturns.
    • Experiencein preparing yearend financial statements Trial Balance Profit andLoss and BalanceSheet.
    • Complyingwith all company local state and federal accounting and financialregulations.
    • Compilinganalysing and reporting financialdata.
    • Experienceworking with multinationalcompanies.
    • Proficiencyin accounting systems such as QuickBooks Xero Salesforce and MSOffice.
    • Experiencein preparing customized MIS evaluation and costingreports.



    Requirements

    Thesuccessful candidate must be wellversed in all aspects of financialmanagement ranging from simple accounting to broad investment andbanking operations holds (CAACCA or CMA) certificate acreative problem solver have excellent written and oralcommunication skills in English and work well in ateam.

    In addition you mustmeet the followingcriteria:

    • Musthave proven experience as an Accountant of at least minimum of 7years of experience in MNC or similarindustry
    • Abilityto strategize and solveproblems
    • Excellentcommunication and peopleskills
    • Proficiencyin accounting systems such as Quickbooks &Xero
    • Shouldhave knowledge and handson experience on MS Excel &G
