    Job Summary

    ThisCompanys New Energies (NE) organization was established to helpachieve the companys low carbon ambitions; meet its decarbonizationtargets; and develop its production shipping and marketing of lowcarbon hydrogen and ammonia. NE has so far consolidated intoRenewables Hydrogen and Carbon Capture & Storage verticals withthe broad vision to nurture robust and sustainable globalbusinesses by capitalizing on emerging opportunities in strategicgrowth markets. The Business Development Specialist Asia is anintegral part of the Commercial Team within NEs HydrogenDepartment.

    This pivotal role will help developimplement and execute This Companys Low Carbon Hydrogen and Ammoniastrategies as well as its commercial viability in Asian markets.The Business Development Specialist will also negotiate sale andpurchase agreements and help in screening analyzing planningdeveloping and supporting new business opportunities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support and lead commercial contractsnegotiations (TS HOA SPA) with existing and potential customers onlow carbon ammonia offtake.
    • Conduct marketresearch and analyze industry trends regulatory landscapes andcompetitive dynamics market.
    • Manage existingcustomer accounts and identify and develop business relations withpotential partners.
    • Collaborate with internalstakeholders and align business development activities withexisting objectives.
    • Assist and contribute toThis Companys participation in the Hydrogen market auctions andtenders.
    • Organize and participate in industrynetworking events and engagement sessions for business developmentpurposes.

    Requirements:

    • This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
    • Bachelors degree inEngineering Business Economics or related discipline; an MBA or arelevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.
    • At least 15 years of professional experience incommercial roles with a proven track record of successfullyexecuting longterm LNG and/or Ammonia contract negotiations (TS HOASPA) in EU markets.
    • A combination ofexperience and knowledge of the LNG and/or Ammonia industry isrequired including: marketing origination operations deliveryplanning and shipping.
    • Strong understanding ofthe EU electricity power market environment experience withelectrical power producers is an advantage.
    • Excellent understanding of financial analysis longtermcommercial contracts and various types of commercialtransactions.
    • Proven track record ofsuccessfully navigating and influencing complex internalstakeholder groups to ensure successful businessoutcomes.
    • Expert in international business andcrosscultural professional practices working with European andMiddle Eastern companies preferred.
    • Ability toeffectively manage crosscultural relationships.
    • Willingness and ability to travel.
