    Job Description:

    As aBusiness Development Executive you will play a key role in drivingthe growth and expansion of Altawiz HR Consultancy by identifyingand securing new business opportunities within the UAE market. Youwill be responsible for fostering strong relationships withprospective clients understanding their recruitment needs andoffering tailored solutions to meet those needseffectively.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Prospect identifyand qualify potential clients through various channels such as coldcalling networking events referrals and onlineresearch.
    • Conduct indepth consultations withclients to understand their business objectives organizationalculture and specific talentrequirements.
    • Develop and present comprehensiverecruitment proposals and solutions to prospective clientsshowcasing the value proposition of Altawiz HRConsultancy.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions ofrecruitment contracts ensuring alignment with both clientexpectations and companyobjectives.
    • Collaborate closely with therecruitment team to strategize and execute on client requirementsproviding necessary insights and guidance throughout theprocess.
    • Maintain a robust pipeline ofopportunities and consistently achieve sales targets andKPIs.
    • Stay updated on industry trends marketdynamics and competitive landscape to identify new businessopportunities and enhance serviceofferings.
    • Build and nurture longtermrelationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of clientsatisfaction and retention.
    • Represent AltawizHR Consultancy at industry events conferences and seminars topromote brand awareness and generateleads.
    • Provide regular reports and updates onsales activities client interactions and market insights to themanagement team.

    Qualifications andSkills:

    • Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Marketing or a related field. Masters degree is aplus.
    • Proven track record of success inbusiness development sales or account management within therecruitment industry preferably in the UAEmarket.
    • Strong understanding of recruitmentprocesses and methodologies including sourcing strategies candidateassessment and talent acquisitiontrends.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diversestakeholders and build rapporteffectively.
    • Highly motivated selfstarter witha resultsdriven approach and a passion for exceedingtargets.
    • Exceptional negotiation and persuasionskills with the ability to influence decisionmakers and closedeals.
    • Ability to work independently as well aspart of a collaborative teamenvironment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite andCRM software.
    • Fluency in English is required.Knowledge of Arabic or any other languages is aplus.
    • UAE driving license will be an addedadvantage.
