    Description
    • Expertise in pipeline designprinciples, industry standards, and best practices to developpipeline routing, alignment sheets, crossing drawings, stationapproach drawings and constructiondrawings.
    • Prepare detailed design drawings andas-built drawings.
    • Reviewing drawings preparedby pipeline designers to ensure accuracy, completeness, andcompliance ensuring design quality in compliance with relevantcodes, standards, and best practices.
    • Reviewinter-discipline deliverables such as 3D models, plot plans, pipingGA drawings, cable layouts, foundation layoutetc.
    • Proficient in working on AutoCAD, Civil 3Dand Microsoft Officesoftware's.
    • Prepare and maintain theDiscipline Master design drawing and document files, includingfinal archiving for future reference and auditingpurposes.
    • Interface with other disciplines toobtain input for Discipline designs and drawings and to prepareclash-free designs.
    • Review drawings issued byother disciplines and incorporate the required data into Disciplinedrawings.
    • Review vendor drawings and documentsand incorporate required vendor data into Discipline drawings anddocuments.
    • Provide necessary design inputs toother disciplines to enable them to proceed with theirdeliverables.
    • Review Customer standards andprocedures to prepare project-specific design procedures andstandards for submission to the Customer forapproval.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship tojunior designers and drafters, guiding them in pipeline designtechniques and methodologies.
    • Support PipelineEngineer in evaluating various pipeline route options consideringfactors such as terrain, environmental impact, cost, and safety,and make recommendations for optimal routeselection.
    • Involve in authority approvalactivities and interact with NOC approval coordination activitiesfor pipeline routings.
    • Fully understand theContract Scope of Work, specifications, and schedule, as well asall inter-discipline requirements.
    • Identifyrequired inputs early and take appropriate initiatives to obtainthem.
    • Assist Discipline Lead Engineer inpreparing estimates for proposals and job scope changes, includingexecution statements, work schedules, and manhourrequirements.
    • Participate in project kickoffand review meetings, vendor/supplier meetings, engineering anddesign meetings, and onshore site surveys asrequired.
