    Perform all necessary tasks to servicebeverages according to the standard of performance manual of thehotel


    • Conduct weekly training sessionson beverage pouring practice, cocktail mixing, bottle flaring andup-selling


    • Achieve total guestsatisfaction and organizational profitability through effectiveutilization of all resources


    • Worktowards the timely set up of the bar areas and the completion ofall mise en place works, in line with the openinghours


    • Delight the guest by offeringtrend setting and innovative products and services, contribute tosales activities and assist in maximizingrevenue


    • Prepare Store requisitions andBar requisitions


    • Handle guestcomplaints directly or refer them to the BarManager


    • Extend prompt services to allguests and treat guests and colleagues in a courteousmanner
