- Manage the salesprocess; generating leads; phone calls to introduce TLC productsand services; presenting the pitch asking questions and collectingdata solution pitch negotiation and closing thesale
- Present TLC to potential clients throughface to face meetings telephone calls and emails and advise them onproducts including forthcoming developments and specialpromotions
- Responsible for building ashort/medium/long term sales pipeline in accordance with targetsset
- Develop a thorough understanding of clientobjectives and business requirements including return on investmentobjectives response to tenders and gather forinformation
- Gather market and customerinformation
- Create client proposals andcontracts and take full responsibility for their content andaccuracy
- Develop and maintain relationshipswith clients through regular reviewmeetings
- Develop a complete understanding ofTLC products and pricing structures
- Ensure acomplete and accurate brief is provided in all aspects of the saleincluding costs of the promotion and redemption rates when handingover the campaign to client services
- Fullyunderstand TLCs terms of business
- Estimateprofit levels on all projects
- Ensure paymentarrangements are agreed before work commences and that they areenforced
- On occasion work with the clientservice and finance teams on cash collection onclient
- Has proven salesexperience; knows how to add value to the business by achievingsales
- Understands marketing processes andjargon and is able to take a consultative view withclients
- Experienced in communicating withclients in all forms of written and verbal communication and isable to listen
- Practiced in building effectiveworking relationships with clients and work colleagues and usesthese to add value to TLC and our clients and has a portfolio ofclient contacts
