    Keyroles andresponsibilities:

    Overseeand manage all aspects of infrastructure projects includingplanning scheduling budgeting andimplementation.

    Coordinate withstakeholders leadership and other teams to ensure successfulproject outcomes.

    Evaluate and mitigate projectrisks and provide solutions to unexpectedchallenges.

    Develop and manage project budgetsensuring costeffectiveness and timely completion ofprojects.

    Set project goals timelines anddeliverables ensuring team members meet projectmilestones.

    Develop project plans and budgetestimates for infrastructure projects.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and establish projectgoals objectives and timelines.

    Monitor projectprogress identify deviations from plans and recommend correctiveactions to keep projects ontrack.

    Provide status reports tomanagement and stakeholders on a regular basis.

    Manage project risks and issues and take appropriate actions tomitigate them.

    Ensure project requirements anddeliverables are clearly defined documented and communicated to allstakeholders.

    Track andmanage project expenditures to ensure projects are within budgetand financial goals aremet.

    Provide leadershipand direction to project team members and stakeholders to ensureproject success.

    Ensure all projects followstandard operating procedures policies andguidelines.

    The candidate mustpossess expertise/experience in the followingdomains

    Proven leadership capability.
    Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or construction relatedtechnical/business field
    10 years of relatedconstruction phase experience is required with 5 years of relatedproject management experience on related projects
    Incumbent should have a broad general technical and businessbackground.
    Professional registration may also berequired.
    Must have the ability to manage projectsinterface with clients and enjoy being hands on technically in theproject.
    Should be involved when required in the designson the project.
    Capability in scheduling using PrimaveraP6 and ongoing monitoring and driving of projects with wellorderedand logical sequence;
    Comprehensive knowledge of industrystandards. Proven ability to perform in a management capacityexcellent written and oral communications.
    Strong eye fordetail coupled with a methodical and organized approach;
    You will be a forwardthinking individual ready to change the statusquo and bring fresh ideas to the team on how we can manage anddeliver our projects.
    Exceptional verbal and writtencommunication skills will be well utilised and your ability todevelop internal and external working relationships isessential
