The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our real estate team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up appointments for the sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Responsibilities: - Conduct cold calls to potential customers and introduce them to our real estate services and offerings - Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team - Follow up with prospects to ensure a high conversion rate from leads to appointments - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies

Requirements

Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - UK or US Accent Preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Familiarity with CRM systems and telemarketing software - Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus - Self-motivated and goal-oriented
