    Description
    • Provide technical site support to operation manager and support in terms of required coordination with the respective teams to ensure execution as per defined parameters
    • Supports operational team in ensuring that the contractual requirements are met in the most effective and efficient manner
    • Assigned to support in more than 1 project or proposals
    • Primary Duties
    • Assist Operation manager in providing commercial and technical input for the contract department at estimation stage.
    • Coordinate all project related activities with other departments and sections to ensure effective integration of tasks and minimize delays.
    • Review contract in terms of scope of work, obligations to client, schedule and identify any potential area of concern.
    • Participate in the review of project planning process and create a schedule which is inline with the project requirements.
    • Provide technical support to site team and OIM to ensure coordination with site for any query.
    • Review drawing and deliverables relating to area of functional responsibility to assess consistency with contract requirement.
    • Assist the OIM for delivery of required spares and material to site. In addition, support team in inventory management.
    • Liaise with site team to prepare project specific procedures to ensure comprehensive of project activities as per the contract requirements.
    • Participate in finalizing the work to be out-sourced subcontractors including bid evaluation and terms of the contract.
    • Execute variation orders and monitor progress as per proposed schedule and client requirement.
    • Assist operation manager in identifying opportunities in the project to raise as variation orders to the client. In addition, develop the requirement documents and letters to follow up with client for approval.
    • Liaise with logistics team to expedite the delivery goods to site
    • Maintain healthy and professional relationships with suppliers / subcontractors and assist the manager in conducting supplier and subcontractor performance appraisals
    • Support manager in handling disputes in the contract with subcontractors
    • Manage and execute variation orders within the project without supervision
    • Prepare Work instruction for client approval
    • Interface with procurement to review the status of procurement activities and take corrective actions as needed
    • Manage activities related to maintaining detailed records of all resources on the project
    • Coordinate with site team and business support team to prepare and issue deliverables such as material requisition forms for procurement and service requisition forms for Subcontracts.
    • Coordinate and participate in routine checks for material expediting requirements at supplier's shops after consultation from Principal Engineer or Operation manager.
