    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    Give financialreports to executive management eachmonth
    Perform tasksassociated with month-end and year-end close of income statementsand balance sheets, account reconciliations & G/Lanalysis
    Preparecash-flow reports that project cash needs weekly and monthlyintervals
    Manage theproduction of and monthly monitoring of the annual budget andforecasts
    Analyze, applyand improve policies, procedures, controls and most
    Supportinitiatives such as software and system implementation and othercompany wideimprovements
    Work closelywith executive team to ensure efficient and successfuloperations
    Handle allstate tax related issues and assist with filing tax-relateddocuments, understanding of SureTax preferred
    Comfortablehandling responsibilities beyond formal jobduties

    Qualifications:

    Solid communication,technology, analytical and management

    Candidates should possessknowledge of all aspects of generally accepted accountingprinciples(GAAP)

    Have at leastseven year of relevant experienceand

    At least abachelors degree in accounting or finance required with a master sdegree or higher
