Description

• Shapeand steer the Groups Digital Transformation agenda with a focus onadvanced analytics across the Group and its portfolio companies (invarioussectors).
  
• Providestrategic and execution advisory and expert knowledge on AdvancedAnalytics Business Intelligence and AI /ML.
  
• Provide advisory support to theGroups Operating Companies (Boardlevel CEO and CxO level andDigital Leader and technical teams level) to deploy: (i)Advanced Analytics Business Intelligence and AI / ML.(ii) Other supporting and adjacent digital technologies e.g. CloudInfrastructure Data platforms Automation IoT / OT.
  
• Lead thesetup and rollout of an AI CentreofExcellence(CoE)
  
• Identifystrategic opportunities to drive value creation for both Grouplevel (portfoliowide) and individual portfolio companies fromAdvanced Analytics Business Intelligence and AI /ML.
  

Requirements

• Relevantdegree in Engineering Science Management or other related fieldfrom a highly accredited University with a preference for advanceddegrees and/or relevant technicalqualifications.
  
• 20years of experience in Advanced Analytics Digital Strategy DigitalTransformation and Technology or other relatedroles.
  
• Strongunderstanding of a wide range of Advanced Analytics technologiesand their business usecases which must include a strong focus onBusiness Intelligence AI / ML and other forms of Advanced analyticsalong with an understanding of Cloud Data Automation (softwareand/or hardware) IoT/ OT Major Systems Connectivity and ITInfrastructure.
  
• Deepexperience using advanced analytics AI and ML to achieve businessgoals in organizations creating data & AI strategies androadmaps and identifying main areas where the application of AI /ML can stimulate business growth.
  
• Experiencein developing Advanced Analytics strategies and execution plansincluding clear alignment to the business strategy and anunderstanding of where business usecases drive value throughimproving customer experience enhancing commercial effectivenessevolving operational efficiency and creating new business models.
  
• Experienceof working across multiplesectors
  
• Experienceof leading and driving the execution of endtoend Digital / AdvancedAnalytics initiatives including delivery of multiple usecases fromconception through to POC and atscale execution.
  
• Excellentleadership skills and ability to engage and influence seniorleadership e.g. Board members CEOs seniorlevel executivestechnology vendors.
  
• Excellentpresentation influencing and communicationskills.
